You resonate a lot with me Cody, I am a programmer and security analyst and yearn to Eliminate as much as sleep as possible.

The first time I tried taking a nap at 9:30 PM, sleep from 1:00 AM till 8:00 AM but I got sick.

I wanted to add 40 minutes to my waking hours. Where do you think was the problem?
