Wow, I could not have anticipated the application for running. I would like to read it when it’s done.
I have read some stuff about it though. Dave Asprey — the father of bio-hacking — posits that two 20-minutes of HIIT exercise equals 5 sessions of 40-minutes running in terms of the biological benefits that ensue.
