Hmm, wouldn’t you think it would be another form of practicing “Elaboration”?
The 5 elements I mentioned are “Tactics”, how you implement the tactic would be a technique. Devising crafting a Cheat Sheet (Which is a dear habit of mine since high school by the way), seems to be a technique that undergoes the Elaboration tactic.
